The Guild Hall is open for business 🏰

I built a thing.

You know how traditional goal-setting feels like homework? Set a target, track progress, feel guilty when life gets in the way. I've been chewing on this idea that quests work better than goals — obstacles become expected parts of the adventure, struggle is proof you're on the right path, and completion becomes about who you've become, not just what you've ticked off.

So over a weekend, me and a questionably loyal swarm of AI agents built Guild Hall — a quest-based platform where learning agentic engineering feels less like obligation and more like… well, an actual adventure.

What's in V1: The core quest loop — browse quests on the Bounty Board, accept ones that resonate, submit evidence of completion, get reviewed by a GM, earn points and badges. Leaderboard, achievements, notifications, the works.

What's new in V1.1 (just shipped):

• 🏆 Skill Tiers — Progress from Apprentice → Journeyman → Expert → Master → Legend. Your tier shows on your dashboard with a progress bar, so you always know how close you are to levelling up.
• 🔥 Streak Tracking — Daily activity streaks with milestone badges at 7, 30, and 100 days. You can configure weekends to count, freeze, or stay optional (because life happens). Get warned when your streak is at risk.
• 🧠 Challenge Questions — Before you claim your rewards, prove you actually learned something. GMs can add comprehension questions to quests. No more box-ticking.
• 👋 Contextual Greetings — The dashboard now greets you based on what's happening: celebrating a completion, nudging you about a deadline, or cheering on your streak. Yes, there's confetti.
• 🔔 Nudge Banners — Smart prompts that surface what matters: evidence approved, deadlines approaching, or quests you might like based on your activity.
• 📧 Weekly Progress Emails — Get a personal summary of your stats, streak status, and recommended next quests. GMs get daily digests of guild activity too.
• 💭 Philosophy Quotes — Daily rotating quotes from the Agentics NZ philosophy on your dashboard. A little inspiration with your morning coffee.
• ✨ Dashboard Glow-up — Completely refreshed with your tier card, activity feed, "Your Path" recommendations, and featured quests. It actually feels like a guild hall now.
